Title: Man in a Fez
Post by: Hu Rhu on 08 December 2014, 01:49:00 PM
Anyone know who makes a miniature of a man in a suit wearing a fez?  Something like this.

I am looking for a figure for a café owner in my French Foreign Legion game so 1910-1930 would be ideal.

I always thought Pulp Figures had a fat man in a fez, ala Signor Ferrari from Casablanca, but I just went to check and I can't see him. :?

I think the Pulp Figures Sydney Greenstreet figure is based on the Maltese Falcon character.

Artizan designs have a figure called Signor Ferrari, but he is not wearing a fez. How are your green stuff skills?

Pretty crap but I can do a head swap!  ;)

Thanks for all the tips guys.  I think it is likely to be the Artizan Signor Ferrari but with a woodbine head unless anyone has a better idea.

Gary, if you want to send him to me I'll do a Green Stuff Fez for you.

See example below of a fez(amongst other things) I did recently: lol

That would be a good option.
He has been practising all types of colonial headgear lately.

Nick,
Many thanks for the offer.  Let me get the figure first and if the head swap doesn't look like it will work, I'll take you up on that.
Cheers
Gary
