feedback on her proportions would be appreciated..

Ditto on the nice work. Maybe make the shoulders a little more square as they seem to slope a little?

The shoulders look fine to me - not everyone has square shoulders....:D

Looks like a nice figure to me although the photo could be a little crisper.

Not quite sure from the pics but...

Didn't Victorian women wear very tight corsets because the Queen herself was, well, flat?

It looks fine to me, but if you want to emphasize the Victorian feel, maybe tighten the chest area a bit?

This sculpt is actualy my girlfriends first attempt at sculpting a human in 28mm using magi sculpt .

Looks very good, better than most first attempts by far. The shoulders are fine. A sharper photo with better lighting and contrast might help us to critique the finer details better. For instance, I'm not sure if the heavy rounded thickness of the hat brim is intentional or not.

Victorian was pretty well endowed in the chestular regon, as it happens, at least later in life she got pretty matronly in proportions.
