Title: Cost Plus World Market wood buildings
Post by: Black Cavalier on December 20, 2014, 04:06:15 PM
A friend pointed out some laser cut wooden buildings at Cost Plus, so I got some pictures of them with figures for scale.

The 2 buildings with the less steep roofs have windows on their sides, the other doesn't.

The figures are a GW beastman (primed black), a Reaper Bones barbarian (probably bigger than the normal human) & a dwarf of unknown origin.

Unfortunately, they don't seem to fit well with 28mm figures, but would certainly work with 20mm & maybe 15mm.  It has been suggested though that by somehow extending the walls of the buildings to make the overall building taller, & replace the door, they might pass better for 28mm.

The buildings are $9 each, so maybe a bit expensive to experiment with, but I'll certainly be looking for a post-xmas sale.

Do you have a link to where you got them from?

Here's the link:

In the store, you can buy them individually for $9, but it doesn't look like you can get them like that on the website.
