Title: Anyone recognize this miniature?

Anyone on here know the name and manufacturer of this miniature?  It has '1988' stamped on the bottom and LOOKS like Ral Partha, but I really have no idea. Any thoughts are appreciated, thanks.

Looks a bit like one of the Dreamblade plastic figures.

Unless someone has been at it with Greenstuff it looks to have an integral base - so not Dreamblade.

and Shadowrun would have an oval Grenadier base.

No idea, sorry. My only thought would be its a dreamlands setting Randolph Carter figure,
Only character I can think of who has a giant key.

I thought they looked like that if you chisel away the outside square of the base?
