So here's the bulk of my 2015 project (two Horse Artillery Batteries are missing from the photo):
Two regiments of French Cuirassiers (four medium units for BP) with two brigade commanders and supporting Light Horse Lancer squadron (one small unit for BP., and two squadrons of Light Horse Lancers (one medium unit for BP):

The aim will be to paint a six figure squadron per month, interspaced with the command stands and guns.

Fair one, I did crack the cleaning and basing this year, but no painting until the next ;)

I'm going to stick with my Dogs of War for next year, no point in starting something new...

I intend to continue with both my 2013 and 2914 projects, but I want to draw some Army Painter peer group support to crack this one in line with the next Black Powder supplement.
You know how it is ;)

So here we are, twelve months later. Inevitably, there was a degree of mission creep, leading to three, single regiment brigades with supporting artillery and light horse lancers:

A French Heavy Cavalry Division c.1812 set-up for Black Powder rules: Eighty seven cavalrymen and four cannon with limbers - all 28mm metals by Perry Miniatures. Flags by GMB and MDF bases by Warbases.
