Title: Doomsdave's Generic SF, Toybash and 40K log

Some of my SF stuff.  Mostly 40K for now.  Will post other general stuff in time.

In my 40K the pimpest marines are the Emperor's Children.  They put tail-fins on their rides.

Excellent work.  Where are the big book-reading statues from?  Are they repainted religious statues?

They are some character from DC comics.  I don;t recall the name.  They were from a line of larger scale DC figures done in vinyl type plastic.  I got them out of a bargain bin for $1 for both.  I didn't even paint them.

They look to me like Destiny from the Sandman comic.

Great stuff, the Chaos Rhino is great.  Nice color on the 40K buildings, too.  A lot of the time people just slap some grey on those and call it a day-- nice to see a little variety.

I don't know the minis, but that's exactly what I thought seeing them.

Indeed. That's one hell of a collection. Although not all is to my taste it's a pointjob well excuted. It must be a preasure and a plivilege to game with that. ;-)

Nice stuff! I've never been a big fan of the plastic GW buildings,  but you make them look good. Love the color schemes.
