I bashed these out of some old plastic Dungeonquest figures. Here are the originals:

You can't see it in the photo, but the barbarian's shield is a traffic sign.
A bit crude, but with an effective cost of £0 I'm not complaining.

Great work- really impressed with it. They provide the inspiration to solve the problem of my need for PA gladiators.
