You have a splendid set up there, nice video too. Although I did find the background small arms fire in the second a tad distracting.

I agree Phil. It sounds a lot louder than when I listened to it before uploading it. Well you live and learn I guess :)

Just amazing !!! Thanks for sharing!!!!!!!

BTW please note as it was my first game of Bolt Action I made a few mistakes with the rules. I've corrected as many as I noticed or has been brought to my attention but if anyone spots any others please let me know. I don't want to lead any new comers astray ;D
I'm a bit perplexed with an observation several viewers have made regarding the sniper however, perhaps some here can help
The sniper is 32" away (sniper range is 36" I think) so is in range but has a negative -1 modifier (or +1 modifier I suppose so it's now 4+)
The target is in some cover (+1 modifier) but since the firer is a sniper no effect for cover...so still (4+ to hit)
Now a BA player has said a Sniper always gets a positive +2 to hit regardless of the situation(2+ to hit)
Another player has mentioned the Sniper should get a plus +1 (3+ to hit)
Can anyone confirm what's the actual rule.
Thanks

That's correct a sniper always gets a +1 to hit, so hits on a 2+ less any modifiers other than cover.

Really nice set up.Lovely figures and fantastic scenery. :D

Lovely table :-* :-* :-*
Are you walls fixed in place or loose?
The level of detail around the table is great?
-
Thanks guys. Everything is loose (well there is a small amount of really low walls close to the German 1st squad that belongs to a town base but everything else is loose. I really like the drop cloth for creating different terrain settings. Hills, valleys, ditches are al very manageable. It takes a few hours to put a scene up but I enjoy that aspect too.
Glad you guys enjoyed it. I hope to make the third part in the next few days

Oh Phil thanks for confirming that..didn't want to post anything on the vid till I was certain
