I ordered from them in November 2014, I had to chase them, without response, before putting in a Paypal complaint. They finally sent my admittedly small order in February 2015 with an apology, citing ill health as the reason. Personally, I think they should close their website until they are back up and running and have their orders resolved, but they are still taking orders and updating their site. They are also not responding until things get official. Not acceptable. I have sympathy, but they are still taking money from people who know nothing of their personal problems.

I ordered from them before that and missed the paypal dispute window, and still don't have my order.  It pisses me off that they aren't honoring the actual sequence of orders.  I'm tempted to take a drive over and get my money back at this stage.

I think that even if they get themselves back on track they have done immense damage to their business. Like I said, I have sympathy, the illness may be very serious, but stop taking money. Taking someones money and not giving anything in return is theft or fraud.

I remember seeing them at Salute a few years back. Incredible variety of goodies. Such a shame this has happened.
