Can anyone recommend an online UK supplier for Vallejo paints?

No idea about online - the local department store (Boyes) carries the full range, including pigments & airbrush paints, in the hardware dept.
They have quite a few branches throughout the north, and will transfer stock from one branch to another, so if you live near one you can get stuff that way.

Or you could visit Scarborough for a holiday :~}
