With the likelihood of two ranges of 28mm 18/19thC Persians  coming to the market shortly along with an existing release of 15mm Persians by Irregular Miniatures , I ran across this article which has lots of info

In Addition to this and other online sources can I only suggest Irregular MIniature's booklet called from Tanger to Tehran.

Also out off interest: What would be the other Persian range?
