Title: The Cult of the Unspeakable Nether Tentacle (and Miss Marbles)
Post by: Porthius on February 21, 2015, 08:19:40 AM
Hello everyone, long time lurker, first time poster. Thought I would share some pictures of one of the factions I plan to use in my future Pulp/Lovecraftian games.

In this picture the unfortunate Miss Marbles appears to have been captured and awaits sacrifice as part of some foul ceremony to summon an horrific creature from another insanity inducing dimension! (or is she their leader...............?)

More pictures and details on the planned project on my blog: http://miniatureofmind.blogspot.co.uk/ (http://miniatureofmind.blogspot.co.uk/)

Good to see more purple cultists too.

Fantastic work all round, particularly like the tartan skirt and the warmth of your purple
Tone.

Regards

Just caught on to the name of the Cult.
 lol

Must be another branch of my own: The Cult of the Purple-headed Worm.
 ;)

Going by the movies, I absolutely would not bet on a mere half-dozen cultists versus the Margaret Rutherford version of Miss Marple.  That dame was a tough old bat, and she fought dirty.  :)

Lovely paint job though, especially that skirt.

Thank you for all the kind comments gentlemen. I hope to have the next batch of miniatures completed soon and will get them posted for you.

@Blofeld; all the figures are from Artizan's Pulp range and I intend to mainly stick to this range as much as possible with the addition of various creatures and contraptions from various other ranges.

@Mason;  lol quite possibly. There is much fun to be had in naming the various cults.
