Title: alternative ghouls?
Post by: area23 on 21 February 2015, 03:34:48 PM: I'm looking for ideas for alternatives for ghouls. Steering away from the classic bald-headed undead, I've been thinking about ancient german naked fanatics or viking fanatics and berserkers. Pale skinned insane cannibals with dirty hair.
Any other ideas?

I can't remember all of the kits used but I know that he used GB plastic dark ages stuff and some mounted Normans.

Convenience as much as anything else. Any game you like that's not skirmish. Some are on 60x40mm, some are 40x40mm and some are oddment sizes.

We mixed Mantic with Victrix Napoleonic pieces (mainly heads and arms) to make zombies for Pride and Prejudice, so GB ancients should be a possible
