If you're willing to cast the pieces yourself then Hirst Arts have a whole array of molds for every occasion. They've been used a few times for the Fallout vaults on this forum (pull one up and you may find suggestions on manufacturers as well).

I'd second Ainsty with their pieces. I bring along something like £100 to the yearly gaming show just for their stall. Off the top of my head though Pardulon make similar little pieces as well, but I'd also suggest having a look at the Compiled List of Fallout Miniatures thread for suggestions (if you can be bothered searching through all those pages).
