Are there plans to offer a print version of this book?

It's a very expensive pdf, and the additional cost of printing off 223 pages is one of the reasons I haven't bought it yet.

this is true for me also, wouldnt hesitate to pick up a print version (already have the original book in softback)

Yes, it was available in print after a long delay. However, in moving over to Lulu, we are retooling for their process and will be proofing their print copies. I will make a general announcement once we are satisfied with the end product.
