As part of a cunning plan to aquire figures from my youth and give them better paint jobs.
Here's a Ral Partha Wood Elf, one of my favourite figures from back in the day

The Old Elf painted up is FINE FASHION...your SPLENDID brushwork along with a LOVELY woodsy base have brought him into a new Millennium. VERY WELL DONE!
-
Love it! I've repainted quite a few classic miniatures as well, I hope that your 'cunning plan' will continue for a very long time!
Cheers,
Damien

Great painting, I love his moody attitude :)
He looks very tolkienish with that helmet!

That troll got a great new lease of life, much better looking then the bare model from my bits box :D And you have lovely basing!
-
That troll is superb Paul. Great skintone, and the basing shows the figure off perfectly. :D
-
Lovely work, the eye on the Troll is superb!
-

That trolls eye looks tasty! :P
Cheers

The Old Wizard is new to me but the Troll is an Old Friend. They both look WONDERFUL for the attention they & their bases received. VERY WELL DONE!
-
Really like the work you've done on these old classics, especially the Tom Meier Elf - very cool :)

Cool. That last one sure is a different sort of mini :)

Those are three SPLENDIDLY painted/based Whatenevers. Despite being all different, they look like they belong together...rather like the Marx Brothers. Be that as it may, GREAT WORK!
