Like it says on the tin: Ben Skinner's fourth Defeat in Detail Indiegogo. I know the 'I' word will raise some hackles; but I've contributed to a couple of DiD campaigns before, which went off without a hitch, and I've been very satisfied with the minis I received from them.

Me, I'm liking the look of the attack skimmers and dreadnought stalker.

Thanks for the heads-up - I backed one of these and was similarly pleased with the models. 8) 8) 8)

I backed Waves 1 and 2, and they've been great (plastic sprues not withstanding - but I don't hold them to fault for that!).
I *may* back Wave 4, but it depends on what gets put out later - right now, I have rather a lot of similar stuff already. :?

A bit of news on that front, over on Dakka:

Not to sound like a fanboy or anything, but I'm considering not just filling out but offloading some of my GW epic stuff in favour of Troublemaker and Onslaught proxies. (Still prefer Onslaught's Juno APCs as Rhino standins.)

Eh, I already hunted down and bought all the Epic stuff the first time around, and frankly I cannot be bothered to do that all again.
I do like Troublemaker's and Onslaught's stuff though, but aside from a few odds and ends that are "new" (Ad Mech for example), I think I'm pretty much done.
I'd also like to point out that I'm really happy that high quality alternatives are being made made however - especially as it will help people getting into such game without being scalped on ebay. :B

To be honest I don't have that much Epic stuff that I want to replace, anyway. I think I have... six of the old metal rhinos that I like but have little chance of adding to, for instance, and a few of the older plastic ones that I can take or easily leave. Having a sweep-out would be less of a faff in my case.
Anyways! Just looked at this again, and thought I'd bump the thread if anyone missed it. Less than three days to go, almost 400% funded. Job's a good 'un!
