Just to give everyone a taste of the diversity in the Greek War of Independence range to date offered by Steve Barber Models

Some more

And more

And!

There will be more to come in the coming months....

Wow, a lot more than I remembered. After visiting Naplion last fall we were tempted to dabble in the Ottoman–Venetian War of 1714–18. I suspect many of the clothes worn were the same.

Beautiful stuff Any chance a Lord Byron mini might be planned? That would be a fun addition :D
-
An interesting request which I will discuss with my co-sponsor in Athens.
-
very cool figures I will be picking some up

Would some of Steve's Arabian Knights figs fit in with these as they are 25mm?....Was toying with the idea about doing a skirmish game revolving around Albanian Bandit clans and blood feuds so after figs with lots of character and individuality. These seem to fit the bill AND they are sold in singles and not those ghastly blister packs...Woe the day that some bright spark came up with that idea, great for big battalions i guess but a pain in the proverbial for us skirmish guys.

So, will there be some sort of Ottoman Army builder deal? I need some suitable figurines to fight on the Kurdish border. :--)
-
I feel Steves Arabian Nights will be too small in stature but I like the idea of an Albanian bandit war, there will be more Albanians produced.
As to army deals people will need to get in touch directly with Steve Barber

Are any additional miniatures for the range planned to be release any time soon?
-
There is an Ottoman Regular and standard bearer already available but not on the web site as Steve is going through a complete overhall of the site.
-
Just released an Ottoman Standard Bearer along with an Albanian/Greek. These were sculpted and molded back in 2014/2015. The standard bearer was referred to in an earlier post.

Nice to see these two miniatures released.

A couple of others from the range that have been out for awhile. The first being an Albanian Captain the second is an Ottoman Regular, who can also be used for The siege of Kars during The Ottoman Russian war that followed on from The GWI
