The 3rd Battalion of the 11th Jäger Regiment joins the Russian 7th Infantry Division today, completing the twelfth and final ‘formed’ infantry component of this project. (Only one artillery battery left to paint, plus a leader stand!) Figures are Wargames Foundry 28mm, sculpted by Alan Perry, with converted ammunition pouches and freehand numbering. Sword-knot & pompon details per recent Russian research (rather than Viskovatov). Comment or critique welcome.

Very imposing! I always liked the dark trousers of the Eger uniforms. Lovely painting and converting.

Simply outstanding painting and basing! I particularly like the way you paint the faces. Well done.

Wow, they are really nice.

Excellent work, I find for me the painting of large units takes a certain sort of discipline so well done. :)
