Leading up to The Greek War of Independence there was a series of Albanian feudal and inter tribal clashes that are ideal for skirmish and campaign gaming. The collector of Irregular figs for The GWI or Brigsde Games Albanians designed for the Napoleonic Egyptian wars can find inspiration in the book
THE DIAMOND OF JANNINA by WILLIAM PLOMER a history of Ali Pasha

With a little thought any Napoleonic skirmish rule set or one designed for NWF can be adapted, I favour The Sword And The Flame or Sharpe Practice
