I have picked up some gladiators in a great transaction with Somnambulist here on LAF, (great communication, service too from a top chap I might add)
Now I have looked on various threads and not found a set that sounds totally satisfying. However I dug out the old Foundry compendium and it has a set of gladiator rules by Chris Peers. They do seem to tick the boxes for me with one exception...and this is one fault I had found with most Chris Peers rules; layout. It is only an article but very hard to visualize the system form that article on how it can be played and gamed with others. It being written as prose in effect rather than in clear sections.
So for the world at large, does or has anyone made crib sheets, reformatted players aids for these rules, really befor I try and have a stab at it myself
cheers and fingers crossed ;D

Hi, very lucky indeed, the first purchase was for the dwarven ones to go with my Dwarf Roman Legion ;D then thought what the heck, lovely minis so why not :D
I do have the compendium and think may have to figure out how to map it out from the scattered rules in the article to make it playable as at present you would spend an age flicking back and forwards to grasp it :o
