Title: Aliens Hulk
Post by: Abwehrschlacht on 29 April 2015, 11:52:42 AM
We played a mash up of Space Hulk and Aliens on Sunday, I have published an AAR of how it turned out on my blog here:

Thanks for reading!

I noticed your play shares something with my running my 3D version of the old Aliens board game: every turn another quote or two...  :D

Over the years, I collected several boxes of incomplete Space Hulk sets as I wanted to do a game on shelves as I saw at a GenCon in the nineties. THAT was sweet! I'm now imagining an Aliens game in a station or large spaceship.

Great, another project. Thanks for that!  ;)

Please post further AARs!

Doug

Thanks Doug, tbh it was impossible not to play the game without endless quotes...

I think Ninjasaurus has something similar in mind, he is currently scanning and printing sections from the old White Dwarf magazines, to increase the amount of usable items in each box. A multi-level game would be excellent, get to work!

Great stuff! Here's my take on it from five years back: http://dawnofthelead.com/2010/05/08/first-contact/

Great write up. I did suggest that Ninjasaurus Rex bought some Alien figures, but he already has 55 genestealers!!
