Enclosed are some pics to show a recent small game I had. I have spent the last year building up my figure n terrain collection & it was last May I joined this site.
The game was for three reasons.
1:To have my first game in 20 years!
2:To try out Skirmish Sangin.
3:To introduce my 23 yr. old son to war-gaming.
The local insurgents had taken delivery of an arms shipment & the leader was on the blower confirming delivery. There were 12 bad guys in total & 4 SEAL guys who were tasked with capturing/destroying the shipment.
Not many action/figure shots as I basically forgot :o
The result was 4 bad guys ran off leaving 5 dead & 3 injured/captured inc the boss man.
The SEALs had 1 guy unconscious with a medium wound & their leader was hit 3 times but luckily for him the rounds failed to penetrate his body armour!
One pic shows an rpg round dropping short from its intended target with the shooter in the distance on the roof.
The rules were great giving a gritty realistic take on the skirmish.
Excuse my lack of camera skills btw!

Lovely looking set up (miniatures and terrain). You've succeeded with the first two objectives, how'd you go with the third?

Excellent looking terrain.
How did your son like it?

Looks jolly nice, hopefully you'll not have to wait another 20 years for your next game lol

Beautiful indeed! Hope you enjoyed the experience!

Thanks for the kind words.
Yup my lad thoroughly enjoyed it & we will have a game whenever he visits from Copenhagen. Although I shall indeed play lots more either solo or with a few mates ;D

Looking good.
