Hello.
I am painting some Red Box Games miniatures I expect to use in "Open Combat" games and, perhaps, in "Frostgrave" too:
THE NECROMANCER (really evil chap):

YGRITT THE WITCH FROM THE NORT:

NORSE CHAMPION (a true veteran):

NORSE WARRIOR (really big warrior):

These miniatures are really nice, wonderful sculpts full of character and detail. This is a pleasure to paint them.
Cheers!

Great paint jobs on some truly lovely minis. Very natural. The skin is particularly well done.
-
Splendid! Good attention to detail and the shading makes the muscles really pop. That witch must've been hitting the gym lately... ;) I like the battle-worn sword she is pointing with.
-
From what I've been led to believe, Red Box minis are supposed to be somewhat smaller than the norm. That being the case, your LOVELY brushwork is even more remarkable. A FINE eye for colors is evident...nice work on the flesh tones. VERY WELL DONE!

Those are truly gorgeous some lovely minis and brushwork.
-
love them, you did he figures good justice :)

The figures and the painting are all beautiful. Great bases as well.

Thank you a lot. I was really stunned when I first saw the figures in my hand. They are really small models with a lot of detail in them, so their painting is a pleasure but a looong task too. Here is a comparison picture with a Mutton Chop Miniature model.

I´m using bases by Secret Weapon Miniatures and Scibor Miniatures.
Thank you a lot for your kind comments!!!

Nice colors on these - especially the necromancer. People always mention that RBG miniatures are small in scale. Could you by any chance take a picture of them next to a GW model?

Great painting! I like the contrast between the evil, clearly unwholesome Necromancer and the robust, ruddy-skinned barbarians.

Sorry, I have not GW figures to compare lol. I think there is an entry with comparison pictures here in "Fantasy Adventures".

Hi.
Thank you very much for your really kind comments. Here are a pair of new painted figures:

ARI the Ranger. My first RBG Dwarf:

Again, great figures with a wonderful level of detail. I´m going to paint now two more "civilized" Norsemen and then, the Undead for my Necromancer.
Cheers!!!

two more great additions, really well painted :)

SPLENDID! Despite a nasty attitude the Barbarian Babe painted up as WONDERFULLY as her Dwarf Associate. GREAT WORK!
