As always, comments, tips to improve, and things to fix are always welcome. :)

Thanx! I need a Vickers crew and a few more minis, I've got 6 of the 'advancing' pose left overs, and I really want some cavalry from Great War Minis.
A "Brony" is an adult that enjoys "My Little Pony:Friendship is Magic". Some adult females call themselves "Pegasisters" instead, so I made-up "Bronysister" just for the alliteration. XD

Have you considered doing the cavalry with the horses painted as charcters from the show?

Not for a Historical game, but for a Fantasy game, certainly.
I've also thought of doing Battletech Clan 'Balius' Mechs as the Mane 6.

Nice minis, are those highlights, washes or a combinatoin of both?

Thanx Everyone! :) The uni is Vallejo English Uniform, a light wash of GW Seraphim Sepia, then a drybrush of English Uniform and a very light drybrush of German Camo Beige.
My thing is to go over and refine with the base color after drybrushing. :)
-
They look fantastic! Thanks for choosing Muttonchop!
-
Thank *you*, Paul. :) I'll be getting more, when I can. Awesome minis, and beautifully cast.
Here is my other section:

Awesome painting :)

Well done Anna, set against a photoshopped background and with the bases concealed, these figures could pass for real people , superb.
-
Thank you so much, Everyone. :) I think my new glasses helped, and I did put a lot of time on these. :)
-
Great paint!
Well done.

I think my new glasses helped...
I found that too, plus getting an LED natural light desk lamp. Anna, you have achieved superb results. Well done.

Nice work Anna, well done 8)
-
Excellent work on these, very lifelike painting (and sculpts).
The effort put in has paid off handsomely.
-
Good Morning Everyone, and thank you kindly. :)
Yes, these Mutton Chop minis are sculpted and cast so beautifully, it makes painting a joy. :)
@Robert - I use a standing lamp with a natural 3-Way main and a LED Natural spot on a swing arm, plus a Magnify Visor (not my most stylish accessory XD) and now my new glasses made it all come together. :)
-
They paint up pretty well. I have a mighty need to pick some up soon.
-
Fantastic painting - if you hid the bases you would swear you were looking at photos of the real thing.
-
Thanx Guys. :) I think those are the 2 best squads I've ever done, the feedback is quite welcome. :)
-
Very nicely done. I have found both new glasses and a craft magnifier a great help of late :)
-
I hadn't notice these before. What a brilliant paint job. :)
-
Thank you, both of you. :)
I'd like a few more things, to finish a platoon. Looking forwards to actually using these guys in a game, someday.

True. Mutton Chop make some awesome Jaeger. :D
-
They look great. Well done you.
-
That's a *real* compliment, coming from you Captain Blood. :)
Thank you, kindly. :)
-
Nice minis and a fine paint job. You could try a scenic background or simply a piece of card to show them off even better. Thanks for posting.
-
^ That's a good idea. :) I could get some poster board or something for a backdrop.
And thank you. :)
-
I am late to the party but very nice painting there! I saw the two officers on your blog and are really good. Also very good french dragoon.
-
Thank you, Arrigo! :D I'm working on about 5-6 periods at once, that's normals for me. :)
-
only 5 or 6?
Right now I have to finish the last of my 15mm early war germans (1940-41, just some guns left), I am working on some 28mm Chindits, on 1/2400 russo-japanese ships, on 1/3000 PLAN, on 28mm Hoplites, and just done two M1A2 (Khurasan 15mm), and some current affair mercenaries... and well I have some spare 15mm and 6mm to paint too... plus I have to paint something for Nam too... and I have to finish my DLI for messpot!
-
Nice! :) We have similar interests, really.
I'm doing Great War, Colonial/ Victorian, Napoleonics, WW2, and some SF/Fantasy. Oh, and starting modern Micro Armour, and planning 28mm ACW. XD
-
Get going on that 28mm ACW!
;)
