Title: Boothill Miniatures New Orleans Greys
Post by: Jeff965 on May 16, 2015, 06:35:39 PM
Some more of these lovely figures from Boot Hill, there's six in regulation uniform including the command figures. I've painted the Officer and Ensign in darker grey to represent the better quality of cloth in their uniforms, the other six are what the NOGS would have looked like after some time in the field. These include some head swaps on the original figures. All that's left is to texture the bases and add a flag, mixing the twelve together gives a nice irregular feel I think.

Really nice work on some lovely figures.
 :-* :-*

I have had mine for ages now and still have not gotten around to them.
Great reference, along with Bugsd'a, for when I eventually do*.

*Or I may just ask someone else to do them for me......

Nothing earth shattering, just four more figures taking the unit up to sixteen.

Thanks guys, lovely figures to paint and this week I'm going to do some Cacadores to go up against them.

Lovely figures and paint job.

Go on you know you want to, start with a little skirmish force using Donnybrook or LOTOW and I guarantee you'll be adding to the collection in no time. They are really characterful figures that come alive as you colour them in lol.
