Title: Stop seeing replies to my post?

I'm just wondering if there is a way to stop being notified that there have been replies to my post. 

For example, I had made a post or two in the "New Minis Received" thread and it seems that forevermore I will see that there are updates to that thread.  Is there a way to stop this so I only see updates to threads I am still actively following?

Just click on the "Notify" button on the thread and it will ask if you want to disable the notifications  ;)

Thanks for the answer.  I appreciate it.

I thought "notify" meant to flag the post as politically or socially inappropriate.  My mistake.

However, this seems to turn on or off the email notifications to my email account.

I was hoping to make this thread no longer appear when I click "Show new replies to your posts."
