Hi All.
I'm not in the habit of posting these sorts of things, but I've run into a complete dead-end on this and I wondered if anyone else has had any problems or perhaps knows the Spectre guys and can give them a nudge for me?
I placed two orders at the start of February which unfortunately became no-shows. I've since contacted them several times and, initially, was told that they would be looking into the matter and sending a tracked package, but with no follow up or further confirmation. Now I'm getting no replies at all and we are getting on for over 5 months.
I know they have switched their production to new materials etc. over this time so I was wondering if my order has fallen between the cracks somehow. To be honest I'd settle for a refund at this point if there is a problem getting the figures.

I've never dealt with them, so can't help you with the company side of things.
However, assuming you used paypal, you should have 180 days to raise a dispute. I had to do that recently with a company, and lo and behold, they got back to me immediately.
Five months is still under the 180 days, so it may be worth looking into that route. If they respond you just close the dispute, but if you're unhappy with their response then you can escalate it and will probably get your money refunded.

Yes, I'd forgotten that Paypal now cover 180 days. Alas, I think thats the best next step :(.
Thanks.

I have same problem with them. :(
Preordered some minis from them at the start of December.
At the end of February i`ve wrote them to ask about state my order and got a prompt reply saying that they will ship it very soon.
At the beginning of March i got an automated message saying that my order was shipped.
Since then there is no sign of my order. And they not answered my next couple of messages where i`ve asked them about tracking number for my order.

Stephen was at Salute so they are still going :/

i've still not received figures from their kickstarter despite being told they were twice about to post them that day and a third time said they had been sent. Still nothing
-
Strange to hear this as I have received my KS items from them and also items that I won through their FB "lottery" a while back. And they have been always very responsive to my emails as well. Hopefully things get resolved quickly.

ive had several emails off them telling me my stuffs about to go out any ,this was back in Feb or March . The last email i sent them was two weeks ago and i've had no reply. My kickstart level was small about £20

Did this problem ever get sorted out? Their figs are great but I'm a bit wary of ordering while this thread isn't resolved.

Hi,
Yes, I've just received my figures after opening a Paypal dispute.
They've responded very quickly (less than a week) so, although taking a long time, I have my toys now :-)
-
They have been posting here in last day or so with new figures and repackages of their range, also quite active on Facebook

A friend and me placed quite a big order when they made their first KS campaign.
It took Spectre nine month to deliver.
Well, to deliver most of our order, at least.
-
Every order I submitted (on my forth) has required constant emails to attempt to get my order delivered. I have one outstanding order right now and I'must still missing a hostage pack from my last order.
I do love the Miniatures, and I do sympathize with a "one man operation" ... but I'm at my wits end with it. I ordered much larger orders from other one man and two man operations with no problems at all.

On the 14th march 2016, I asked for a refund on the "Technicals" Kickstarter that was funded 14 months ago after plenty of promises but no delivery.
I had lost interest in the period after so many delays.
Spectre did reply that they would give me a refund asap.
Still waiting

Kickstarter are now following up to get my refund, sad I had to go to those lengths.

This might wake them up - a Class Action being filed in the USA and UK
