Hello,
anyone got any photos or know of any web pages that show the painted Reiver castings Irish independence and civil war figures ?
-
No, but i've seen them and while not bad...i'd well and truly recommend the ira range from footsore miniatures as being vastly superior, also some of footsore's vbcw range would work fine.

I would agree with Kommando_J , I was very disappointed with the pack I bought, worse than the worst Old Glory.
-
Some of the packs are identical to the VBCW packs. They are too small to mix well with Musketeer/Footsore but it is a full range and also cheap, it just has some odd poses and the castings are a little rough in places.

There are hi res pictures on their website, you can enlarge the pictures to 300% for a closer look

For this period i wouldn't touch anything other than Footsore.

Reiver are fine if you want to build a force cheaply, and are not too bothered by sculpting style.
If you intend to use Footsore and Reiver, them keep them in seperate units, as IMHO they wouldn't mix very well together due to size difference and style.
