Hi everybody !
Today, I just want to present you a KS campaign, started yesterday, for a little skirmish game.
This game was created by a friend of mine, and the goal of this KS is to expand the current ranges with big creatures, and add some more warband to the game.

Here is a little presentation of the game by the creator :
Fury : Outburst Control is a 32 mm skirmish game in which players are leading small groups of different nations from Eseltraia. Playable on 24 by 24 inches table (standard game) or on a 24x48 inches table (big game), Fury : Outburst Control is a tactical, fast and funny game. It offers the possibility to play classic games and staged game with a story. Teams are lead by officers capable of channeling Wrath’s Energies so as to call the power of “Fury”, with a sweet taste of video-games. Then you will live intense battles between groups of 3 to 5 models in 30/40 minutes. The whole rules and profiles are free-downloadable, and an English version is planned (and may be a Spanish one) !
The graphic aspect of Fury : Outburst Control, both Old School and Comics, is the reflection of humor showed in the game universe. It is finally something unique, far from classical Heroic Fantasy, it is a new kind : Arcane Punk Antica.
Fury : Outburst Control, initially published by Whispe Editions, is now managed by the Team of Forge Studio, 4 men who are enthusiastic about fantasy and gaming. Their aim is to “grow up” Fury : Outburst Control, to offer you more development capabilities and to host resourceful Community activities. Thanks to this Kickstarter, we will be able to sculpt and produce the “Heavy Weapons” models and the starter of a new nation : the Pirates.
Finally, thanks to you, the already existing Community and the future new players, we hope to organize quickly some tournaments and campaigns but moreover an “organized” game both strong and fascinating ! Your support is essential to allow us to continue this unique universe, around a funny game : keys of Fury are yours !

- the existing factions, the incoming one (pirate nation) and maybe another one as a stretch goal. Communist goblins, roman orcs, dwarves gypsies or psychopathic elves, the existing factions have all a real personnality and their own gameplay :

And just to give you a little example of the minis, here are my own vision of the elves from the Brotherhood of Carnage (the boss in the middle is not finished yet). Nice resin minis, very thin and cool to paint :

The game is fun, fast and furious.
And I think it's a nice project to support, in the real spirit of Kickstarter and crowfunding...

QSR and card games on every starter box.
3000$ for the first 2 days is really a good thing for this project.
Need only 2000$ more to be fully funded and add some more minis to the game !

Slightly awkward-sounding name. "Outburst control" makes me think of anger management therapy or a person with Tourette's syndrome.

Hi Rhoderic, the name is some joke, because of that two things:
Fury heroes uses their mastery of rage to change the war (like in videogames), so bases their powers in anger mastery :D
The Outburst control is also a "mining" and gas process used to make some controled outburst, think that the World Machine that keep the world alive do... With coming optionnal rules to play this effect...
It's hell yeah!

Hmm... not sure. The quality of the sculpting looks good, but I'm not sure about the mixing-up of very different RL periods. (Commie goblins with guns vs. roman orcs. Which have also been done...)
And the whole style and look, exemplified by the werewolf and the guy with a huge anchor lazily draped over his shoulder like it was made of styrofoam (just to name two), is pretty much what drives me nuts with fantasy minis and games in the last few years! (Whatever happened to werewolves being humans that 'just' turned into wolves or wolf-people? Why do so many have to be carrot-shaped Hulks these days?)
So, I probably... won't be jumping in on the late pledge. ;)
