Nice models. :-*
They almost look like roman senators too. :)

Thanks Rumacara, they were based on some illustrations of anglo saxon monks but I would have thought they would work quite well as characters for the late roman period too

Those could be very useful for my swords-and-sorcery project. They appear to have that "Roman-medieval hybrid culture" look that tends to suit swords-and-sorcery very well.

Do they have tonsures?

Rhoderic, Yes the two new monks both have tonsures

Yes I think they would be great for swords and sorcery

I can't believe I'm saying this, but the chap on the right has a very thick pole....(probably sounds worse in Dutch then in English)

Is it meant to be a staff or a 2 handed club (or part of the cross perhaps?). Very useful figs though I can see myself buying a few to use for statues in a church and such. I need to drop by soon anyway for a Sci-fi fix :)
