Have finally decided to take the plunge and start collecting some Napoleonics, i've begun with Napoleon himself plus Chasseurs à Cheval bodyguard to act as one command stand (painted pics coming soon)...it seems like France will be my first army of choice and as both miniatures are Warlord, it will be my main manufacturer.
My question is this, which other ranges would you say are compatible with Warlord? Not a fan f separate heads and noticing that warlord lacks in a few areas for the French, any suggestions chaps?
In the mean time off to finish my first command stand with a cuppa and Waterloo playing in the background.

If you're thinking plastics then Victrix and Perry are worth a looksee

How does the Perry stuff compare? It's a comprehensive range.

Many would say Perry are superior in all respects. 8)

Agreed :D

Glad to hear, although I meant more scale wise, how does perry compare tp warlord, will it mix with the warlord stuff I have? I see that warlord sells some perry box sets.

I've not had any problems, but I'm not as much of a stickler as others.

From what i can see, the warlord stuff is ever so slightly taller/thicker but not enough to be a deal-breaker for me.

Here are some painted miniatures for a change, Napoleon plus Chasseurs à Cheval attendant/bodyguard which will make up one command stand.
I'd say I need a new camera though as the miniatures look far worse in the photo than in the flesh(I swear).
At the rate i'm going I may have the two done by the end of today, more pics incoming as these are w.i.p.
