Just because I've been gaming for 20-odd years doesn't mean I can paint, or even that I stick models together, so the fact this game has fired my up to raid my minatures cupboard and start on a warband speaks volumes!
So, with no further ado:
A rummage for suitable figures - is this going to be enough?

The warband:

Thief: T'Skrang from ZNGames via Impact Miniatures
Theif: Halfling Thief from Dragon Bait miniatures via The Dice Bag Lady - Bad Squiddo Games
Apprentice: Old Games Workshop Chaos Sorcerer
Wizard: Mage from Harbinger Magazine (OOP) iirc
Zombie from Mantic (back)

Crossbowman - GW Mordheim mercenary
Archers - Pumpkinmen slingers from Rapier Miniatures
(Back) 2 zombies from Mantic
Thug/Barbarian - Beastman Warlord from Heresy Miniatures (oop iirc)
Man-at-Arms - Kalee from Hasslefree Minis

Slight derailment due to undercoating issue - old GW Skull white spray makes a nice snow effect, but not so good for undercoating. ;)

Test your cans man! lol I too have learned that the hardway. Now I keep a couple of spare box tops or minis laying around to test my sprays. That sucks. Did they clean up well enough?
-
Just sprayed over the top of them* the next day, and they're fine - luckily it was a fine spray when it came out of the can and I wasn't to close.
* Well, a mate sprayed them for me, as it was his spray as I had none left.

looks like fun stuff, i can't wait to dig through some gencon bargain bins next week to fill out my monsters and possibly some more warbands. I am REALLY excited lol
-
actually one does not need minis for testing, just spray it on cardboard or even sprues, if You need plastic.
To answer Your other question if You got enough minis ... I do not think so. One never does! ;D
You got some nice mixes running there, will be curious how this will turn out.
best wishes

Not as much progress as I'd have liked (and much of it ruined when I tried to add black to the areas I wanted to make metallic) but t least I've made a start.
