First of all, I blame Darth Jaymes for this. I always had a vague 'I wanna do this' hanging out in my skull, but he forced my hand by presenting ideas I could readily steal.
His choice of Cobra troops was great...

And I already had the Cobra Commander figure.

But Zartan, now he is my own creation.

And I already had the same ninja in my collection for the mighty Storm Shadow.

His choice of Destro was brilliant, and I stole from it heavily.

But the Baroness was mine. A Pulp Alley Pulp Girl, with links from a fine chain glued to her face for the glasses.

And some toys that came out recently make the best HISS Tanks. And, I was even able to create a driver and gunner. I actually bought two of the tanks - I found an outlet on Amazon that was selling them for $5 apiece - but I don't have the parts to make another driver or gunner at the moment. I will probably stop here, as this is a significant league to use in Pulp Alley.

Great looking work on the Cobra troops. Your Zartan creation is a really nice fit. The Pulp Girl as The Baroness is a terrific choice too. It's all so good.

Lovely league! Zartan is very good, what did you base him on?
-
Looks fantastic! Well done on the tank crew.

He is an Eldar Guardian with the back/shoulder pieces cut down (and that space covered with a backpack), catachan arms, an Uzi from a zombie survivor set, and a Wood Elf head.
Looks fantastic! Well done on the tank crew.
Thanks - he was a damaged gun crew figure I had from a few generations back of Imperial Guard, and a Dark Eldar head with some trimming worked well. The other guy was a gun crew from my Valkyrie.

I really can't think of a franchise I'd rather see fully launched with a miniatures game (even in a quality boardgame version...) than original G.I. Joe stuff. Sooooo much potential. I used to have a cool big GI Joe. board game with cardboard cut outs of all the characters etc.
I think it'd be a massive Kickstarter success if someone ever landed that. Give me some Crimson Guard, Vipers, etc.

Your COBRA looks so nice! Is it evil of me that I like the bad guys better then the good guys? ;-)
-
Decepticons, Cobra, Zentraedi, Empire...you name it. I'm a baddy at heart. Ain't nothing wrong with that. :D

A man after my own heart, there.

I'm a RPG gamemaster at heart, so I'm always looking for loads of bad guys. If you can't outnumber the heroes by 5 to 1 the game isn't a challenge.

You know what I found most frightening? I used the exact same blue that I ALWAYS use for Vault Dwellers in my Fallout stuff - just so I could use them as Vault Security Forces in a game as well.
Maybe Vault-Tec was a subsidiary of COBRA? Cobra Commander or an Overseer? Which IS worse...?
-
Those really do harken back to the original cartoon. Nicely done :)

I may have all of those body parts or something close to them somewhere, hidden away in various boxes. Should only take me a couple years to find them.

Well Done!!

Why does the Baroness remind me of the daughter from the incredibles? Lol Not fiesty enough for the Baroness tbh but nice project

I don't completely agree, obviously, but I could not find a model I was totally satisfied with, and this let me paint this figure, which is a great sculpt.

I should be coming out with something suitable in the nearish future.

I'll watch for that.
