I've been getting prepped for the upcoming old hammer weekend and I was motivated enough to get my Half-Orcs painted.

20 half-orcs, most of them pre-slotta led by Agoroth the unwashed.
I've also got a bunch of Bob Olley Black Orcs to bully the little guys

And an old swamp troll for extra seemliness

Great stuff! Those Aly Morrison half-orcs are terrific models. Oddly, I think the pre-slotta ones with the skull-and-bone shields are the pick of the bunch (though the LotR slotta ones are nice too - I can see a few of those in there).
A thought that I've voiced before elsewhere: miniatures (like those solid-based half-orcs) that were designed for RPGs tend to be better than ones that were designed for Warhammer. The pre-slotta figures tended to have a really wide array of equipment and accoutrements, which makes them much more interesting than the later ones, which tend to be "hand weapon and shield" or the like. Some of those half-orcs have two-handed swords, crossbows, a variety of side-arms and so on, just as the C15 armoured orcs sometimes have darts or javelins. The variety makes for much more interesting models - and, in skirmish games, much more interesting play.
