I stupidly didn't join the Nickstarter, so now I need to find some Treasure Tokens. I had hoped that the Nickstarter ones would be available from Northstar, but I haven't been able to find them so far - maybe I'm just being stupid again. So, has anyone got any suggestions where I can get some tokens from, or do I need to have a good rummage in my bits box and see if I can make my own?
Thanks.

Scotia Grendel have some nice resin treasure piles that would look good.

I know Reaper do a few packs (https://www.reapermini.com/Miniatures/Treasure/latest) (in a variety of materials), as well as a few themed accessory packs - thrones, sarcophagi, etc, - which might be of interest for any objectives or set dressing.
Fenris Games also have a number of suitable (http://fenrisgames.com/shop#!/Basing-bits/c/2202361/offset=0&sort=normal) bits as well.
Dark Art Studios have some here (http://www.dark-art-studios.co.uk/dark-art-studios_shop/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=8_9) too.
Otherworld Miniatures have some too here (http://otherworldminiatures.co.uk/shop/dungeon-furniture/df3-treasure-items/).
Finally, it's pretty easy to make your own as chests, books, scrolls and coins are simple to make/find. You can also add gems (beads) and some baggage or pouches too. :)

I just raided my bitzbox.

Wow thanks for all of the suggestions. I'm also liking those home made ones. I'll have a look through and see what I like, and I think you'ce inspired me to have a rummage in the bits box too.
EDIT: I quite like the Dark Art Studios and Otherworld ones - Does anyone know if the Otherworld ones are separate or all one piece? The description doesn't say and I'm not sure based on the picture?

Thomarillion's worth a look - http://www.thomarillion.de/index.php?seite=katalog&modell=schatz_5erset&pos=1&sprache=gb_ (http://www.thomarillion.de/index.php?seite=katalog&modell=schatz_5erset&pos=1&sprache=gb_)
As well as treasure piles, they do maps etc.

From looking at this (https://darrenbolton40.wordpress.com/2013/10/19/adventurers-need-treasure/), I'd say they are all separate.
For making coins, you can slice up some plastic rod, sprue, or unwanted plastic spears. Works quite well, and if you mix them with a little glue, you can get the piles of coins to look convincingly fluid*.
*Scrooge McDuck springs to mind as I type that! lol

making your own can be fun:

Your question reminded me of a website I found a long time ago:
http://abarothsworld.com/Tricks/treasures%20&%20trinkets.htm - A real "treasure trove" (HA!) of DIY tips and tricks!
Definitely browse their site a bit, they also made the Escher eternity stairs thing in real 3D with Hirst Arts blocks. It is pretty unbelievable!

Reaper have a variety of items that can be used - such as these. See here for more: https://www.reapermini.com/Miniatures/Treasure/latest (https://www.reapermini.com/Miniatures/Treasure/latest)

In a cold, harsh wintery city I guess these can be seen as treasure too?

And the Tabletop World scenery is just insanely well sculpted and cast.

Ral Partha do resin treasure piles (Coritani and Scotia Gendel also sell them).
Fenris Games or Ainsty Castings will have a range of boxes, barrels, chests etc.
Just looked through my bits box and I have a small ziplock back full of plastic and metal things for scatter terrain. I've got:
Books, scrolls (open and rolled), skulls on chains, religious symbols, sand timers, armour pieces and helms, 1- and 2-handed weapons, crossbows, pistols, shields, bottles, beer mugs, pipes, quivers (arrow and quarrell), pouches, those Reaper Bones candelabras and a Bones Mimic (a treasure chest with TEETH!), undead bits including a bag of skills and several bags of body parts (don't ask), and finally several dead guys.
Oh and a small pentagram and a dead boar.
Give me a yell if want a handful dropping in the post.

I can suggest Thomarillion. Stuff is quite excellent (the metal stuff particularly).
Here is a page of dungeon accessories...heaps of which would be useful.

If you want to keep it simples, make your own. Cheap gold glitter on a base looks quite good. I've put a wee bit of putty under these to bulk them out. Painted it gold and glued the glitter on....

Clever! 8)
I imagine the coarser glitter looks better too, since the bigger flakes look more like gold pieces?

Wow! Great site. Thanks for the link.

What about this plastic set by Mantic? It should be released in September.
I particulalrly like the weapon rack - the Nickstarter one looks like from a different universe unfortunately.

'Scrolls' from Thomarillion...
http://www.thomarillion.de/index.php?seite=katalog&modell=proklamation&pos=1&sprache=gb_
Could probably be done with some putty, though...

I sell a huge range of shiney gems I'll be using. Not as grand as the chests but good for budget and you don't need to paint them!

Though that glitter idea is genius!!
