He's the man alright. Cool paint.

Can't help but notice that you could do with a bit of black lining to separate the eagle shoulder pad from the blue tunic, but that's just me nit picking.

The flesh tones are great.

Thank's for the video, Anthrax were my fav band  at about the same time I got into minis :)

Paint one Street Judge more, and bring them to Attic Attack - I have a Street Judge with whom they can make up a starting JD force for JDMG  ;)

If you are painting Mean machine. You could just go with some Cursed earth table. But then again you already have enough for that.
