Whilst I am painting up some new/old figures for FG, my son and I decided to give the rules a run using LEGO.
FG is good fit for LEGO - we customized our Casters and Soldiers, knocked together some ruins, and threw them down on a white table cover.

A great idea. I was always a fan of using Lego minifigs and terrain for wargaming and RPGs, although I never actually did it save for a single make-up game of Pirates vs. Government Forces during my childhood.
Here is a great overview for using Lego for such games:

I especially recommend further research on BrickQuest, there are handy tutorials for terrain and figure preparation, including ideas for basing.
One time, when I have the spare cash, I will go back to it... :)
Best of luck with your efforts!

Really nice stuff, Kamandi – everything is better with LEGO.

Awesome! I've got loads of Lego (for playing Mobile Frame Zero) but not many minifigs or else I'd give this a try.

Black Falcons? That's old school. One of my first Lego sets was the Black Falcon's Fortress back in the '80s.

Genius! Well done that man.

Sweet! That's the sort of thing I love to see. :-*

I vote for a fan stop-motion Lego movie! Immediately!

I love this... but I also love painting miniatures... oh what a terrible conundrum.

Brilliant!!
