All,
In case you haven't seen these, Forrest Harris at Knuckleduster has a new range out of 3D sculpted, 32mm cowboys that are just gorgeous. They match perfectly with Black Scorpion and Reaper. Highly recommended!

Impressive. :D

I bought some Models of their 28mm series a month ago. Hope that they'll arrive soon 8)
The Steampunk Minis are awesome. Maybe I'll add them to my collection soon lol

Forrest has been doing some amazing stuff. Id love to get him to sculpt for me.

Just when I thought I was finished...
Some nice stuff

I was rather non-plussed with the detail and diminutive size of the previous Knuckleduster stuff I've had. I like the look of these and have just ordered six to give them a try (need to put a brush to some Cowboys since I've been doing so much terrain). If they're good, they'll be a nice replacement for Black Scorpion (hate resin and won't be buying any more of them - I'd own the entire range twice if they were still metals).
I hope these are good - though I'd really like to see a group option as the price is a bit steep by comparison to most other companies.

What is really great is that he posts updates on Facebook, and actually listens to suggestions from customers. For instance, overwhelming opinion got Doc Holliday's cape removed, My comments got the visible holsters removed form the Earps.

Forrest is a great guy and very receptive to suggestions, etc.

Just ordered some, Forest was very helpful, with a quick reply.

These look very tempting :)

Just received mine...at first glance they look simply superb (and remember, I didn't even paint/finish my earlier Knuckleduster figures from the original line...). The sculpts are beautiful, clean and crisp. Won't have them painted for a while (out of bases at the moment). My only concern is that the details are so sharp they look a bit to scale - likely won't paint up as easily as Foundry/Artizan.
I'd imagine a better painter could make these into magic. While quite expensive, if these paint easy enough, they're a wonderful replacement for Black Scorpion metals.

Just got a sample from the range through myself. One of the female civilians. The sculpting is lovely, very nicely done. The figure is very well proportioned and as such is a little slighter than Mike Owens Foundry range (some of which can be rather 'chunky') but stands at about the same height. I wouldn't hesitate to mix them in together.
I'll be getting some more, especially the gunfighters. :D

I'll be seeing Forrest at Little Wars in April...looking forward to seeing all of his new stuff in person. I have a feeling that it's going to be hard on my wallet.
-
Yeah, at this point, I'll be grabbing the whole range (time to see about replacing some of my old worn out Black Scorpion figures...and since they're no longer metal, time to go a different route). I hope he offers sets of the 32mm stuff at some point - he does the same figures in 25mm but sold in sets.

I've almost finished painting Curley Bill and Johnny Ringo, I will post them later this week, just got to finish the bases. I think you will like them.
