It was the least I could do for GB really. I asked Darren if I could buy the single Merlin mini for the Steve Dean Challenge on the SDF Forum and the next day he was in the post free of charge. I made sure I did a good job as it's not the first time that GB have been kind to me.
I reckon I'll start painting the odd Arthurian mini up as I work through the Anglo-Danes and Normans which should leave me with enough mini's to play Dux Britanniarum/Lion Dark Ages(!) and a few other sets too.

I'm cleaned up another Arthurian mini. Once he's done I'll post the pic. I'm going to do one Arthurian mini per 8 anglo Danes/Normans; that way I can concentrate on a similar palette and will be ideal 'drying time' painting for when I'm churning out the Hastings stuff!
