Hi guys,
I thought it was time to give these a crack and I'm reasonably happy with it but I think there's room to improve.

I did it in regular infantry Type 07 camouflage which is apparently designed for the semi urban environment.
The grey in reality is less blue than my photo's lighting.
Here was what I was attempting

More pictures and a list of paints are over at the blog

Any tips/hints are more than welcome :)

Very nice! You definitely are more talented at painting than I am. You were able to actually get the gray to stand out, which I don't really think I did. I plan on leaving more gray in the future.
The one recommendation I would have is to stipple the colors on a little more. If you look at the below picture you can see that the brown and green fill up more of the uniform than you have. I am not criticizing your work, which I feel is superior than mine, just tossing it out there.

It's hard getting that balance right isn't it. The grey on mine is a little brighter because I didn't wash it as the last step to try and keep it a little brighter. I reckon you're right though, I'll see if I can get more coverage on the next one :)
