Yes, I am serious. I saw this baby at Hobby Lobby (unpainted and not assembled, of course). With only a few tweaks to dress it up, I have a very serviceable frontier log cabin for a the price of a beer...

Mike,
I got three of them in the mail yesterday. They are produced by a company in Alaska. Now you've given me somethig to strive for in finishing the. Too bad they don't make a fort or a blockhouse.

They actually DO make a fort. It was hanging next to the cabin on the racks at Hobby Lobby. I don't know if it is the same "scale" or not, though...

Thanks for the heads up Mike - the Fort looks a bit small and the wagon a bit big but the cabin looks just right :)
Found a supplier in Australia too

You're welcome...! I bought the wagon, too, but passed on the fort. The wagon DOES look big. I have not put it together, yet...

I just went to the store, they only had one so I bought it. Looks like it could be quite nice. And it only cost about 2.50 with the 40% coupon that hobby lobby seems to have constantly on their Web site.
