Title: Starting out in IHMN
Post by: PotentiallyLethal on 13 October 2015, 07:42:50 AM
I've just recently got the rule book for IHMN and loved the idea of this alternative Victorian world, but just couldn't decide on what models to put onto the table.

Then I came across the Victorian range from Casting Room Miniatures and was immediately hooked on their Policemen. So I chose a group of armed policemen and hunting gentlemen to represent Inspectors and Bobbies foiling the dastardly deeds of Victorian evil doers.

They looked great in the metal when they arrived as well, but painting them is at the end of a very long hobby list.

Some pics of them (not my paint jobs, not got around to that yet) on my site In Her Majesty's Name (http://www.potentiallylethal.co.uk/2015/10/05/in-her-majestys-name/) post

Lovely figs. Foundry do so many excellent figs that are suitable for IHMN...their Darkest Africa range, in particular, is a favourite of mine!

There's also some suitable figures from the VBCW sphere, worth a google.
