Title: Herald citadel GW ? how rare ?

Hello folks,

i found absoluty no information on this mini, the legend Herald citadel from the 80's ?

i have it in my collection and was wondering how much i can ask for it ?

is this part of Talisman collection ?

He's one of the old "Normans", now released by Wargames Foundry.
