Title: Please put a name to the face!
Post by: sjwalker51 on 08 November 2015, 04:57:43 PM
Know I'm going to kick myself when you tell me, but please can someone remind me who these gentlemen (ECW Generals?) are?

Downloaded them for a project onto IPad, so no file name as a clue, being a dinosaur!

First one is Spencer Compton, 2nd Earl of Northampton. No idea about the second chap, shame the writing is illegible.

Top Tip: If using Chrome, you can just right-click the image and select "Search Google for this image". Worked a treat for both of them.

Now goes off to get Google Chrome...

But, of course Vern, I would have expected the Duke of Newcastle to recognise fellow Royalists :-)

Just FYI, that's an inherent feature of google image search itself. You don't need Chrome to search that way!
