Hi
I have started to paint some early medieval Swedes 12th and 13th century for some Swedish Crusades and a still secret project...
Here are some pictures of the first 2 groups of 12 minis painted up. I have used the 1-2-3 basing as i really like it and I think it look good! They also work well with my prefered medieval rules, Lion Rampant.
The minis are all plastic and a kit-basch of Fire Forge Foot Sergeants and Gripping Beast Vikings and Dark Age Warriors.
More pictures at my blog (http://dalauppror.blogspot.se/2015/11/medieval-swedes_11.html)

Fantastic kitbashing they look great. Where are the archer arms from as none of those kits unfortunately have archer options? Thanks for sharing

Thank you very much !
Sorry for not remember the Archer arms, they are ofcourse from the plastic Perry Bows and Bill box. (https://www.perry-miniatures.com/product_info.php?cPath=22_62&products_id=2471&osCsid=3cmal37n1dhdveud2iqnasa5a5)

Thanks. I may have to get that set then for the bow arms, and just keep the rest of the kit stashed away until I finally get around to a game of thrones project. Or get the conquest archers set - decisions, decisions

The conquest archers set looks Greate, would like to have some ofvthe to see if they match with the GB and FF minis
