Last weekend our latest club game (THS- Team for historical simulations) had it's premiere at the Crisis show in Antwerp. It has been a major effort of our napoleonic specialists to get it as close to the historical situation and topography as possible, and all contributions to the game tried to portray the feel and atmosphere of the area and time. It was a great success at the show and everybody was very pleased with overall reception and interest of visitors, press and even TV.
You can find a step-by-step article about two especially built houses for the game here: http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=82061.0 (http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=82061.0)
A TV-interview with the Crisis club's president in front of our game table here: http://atv.be/nieuws/waagnatie-in-de-ban-van-tinnen-soldaten-20369 (http://atv.be/nieuws/waagnatie-in-de-ban-van-tinnen-soldaten-20369)
And some impressions from our game on the following pages ...

Is the cotton wool an activation counter so you know who is left to move/shoot? Your subtle cotton wool looks very atmospheric :-* :-*

Matt, the cotton wool was just added for the photography and "feeling" of the game. No gaming purposes.
Thanks for your interest,

What more can one say.
Wargaming at its finest.

Very special. I love the tiles on the roof. Amazing!

Doing the Plancenoit game at Crisis 2015 was a major club project for two and a half years. There was terrain special done for the game, lots of buildings, 17 vignettes and hundrets of miniatures, to come as close to the historic battle as possible. In the next weeks, I will show some of these goddies, that got "lost" in the big size table. Starting today with the "gods of the battlefield" the french guard, that defendet so gallantly the church yard of Plancenoit.

Bonsoir,
What a fabulous looking game!
Superb figures and scenery.
Napoleonic wargaming at its very best.
Thanks for sharing.
Cheers,
Paul
