This is a difficult question!! There is an idea to create a more perfect figure! This is an intermediate option.

You can already buy the figures, they are the Russian infantry 1904 from http://tsuba-miniatures.blogspot.dk/
And the Bukharan heads and officers will be sold by Cuprum from http://siberia-minis.7910.org/

All looking very nice and relevant to my interests - I'm looking into picking up some Basmachis/emirate troops for Christmas and would love to be able to get hold of these!
