Those look really tasty man. I have a bunch of heroclix figs that might need to get the same repaint treatment as you've done here. Very inspirational!

He looks like a Cybertech figure from the old Metal Magic "Spacelords" line. Lovely old models; you can still get some of them from em-4, but not, I believe, that guy.
