I was going to make a little vault-boy themed PDF of counter images but haven't played a game yet so I was curious how many different situations or effects people have been using tokens/counters for in their TNT games. I will of course share my results when I'm done. :)

Awesome! I've been wanting to make some counters for TNT too.
Honestly, i've been playing the game without counters just fine. But if you did make counters/markers, there are a few 'essential' ones and several secondary markers I can think of.
Primary markers:
Activated (something to denote the model has finished their activation)
Hit
Wound -1
Weapon Jammed
Secondary markers:
Prone
Radioactive (-1 defense)
Malfunction
Double Move (-1 to be hit)

We also made out of action tokens so we could remove the models rather than laying them down. Corpses can be looted/healed so thia seemed like a good solution :)

You might also consider tokens for the Hold action, as well as Poison and On Fire tokens. Possibly an immobile token for when your power armor locks up.

Good ideas, all. For the out of action tokens, I might put a numeral or colored dot on there too or something, so it's clear which model died where. I plan on laminating roster sheets so certain bookkeeping is easier, and this could be an instance where that is useful.
